1. Check Your Package

Please Check you package completely and be safe when unwraping glass products! We record the process of packing orders to insure 100% delivery.

2. 48 Hr Window to Report

After delivery has been made of your package, you have 48hrs. to make a report with us if you find any damage, missing, or broken items. After 48 hrs all reports will be void.

3. Credit or Exchange Process

Once we have completed your report (72hr. Max after report is made) we will ship out new product or credit you for future purchases.
